Parking is definitely a little bit of a challenge, but it is doable if you’re patient and plan enough time. It is away from Duval Street, which is what we wanted, but close enough to get there easily by car or Uber. We are hear celebrating our anniversary and every one here is doing a wonderful job helping us to celebrate! The staff here are very happy working here and you can tell! Jorge, Aaron and Keneil ( and all the girls, sry I didn’t get your names) are all soooo wonderful ! Also Nikki our server at the tiki bar and the woman (didn’t get her name, but she was a former marine biologist) who got us our drinks at the beach/pool were also so great to talk to and meet! The hotel itself is in a great location. He is so great to deal with, very patient and answered ALL my questions and concerns. I called before booking months ago and I was lucky enough to get Jorge. We are huge Opal fans! We were so excited we found this gem in Key West. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. There are a couple of dining options within walking distance but not many. Not a dealbreaker for us, but may be for someone else. There is a small beach here, but you can't really get in the water because of a sea wall. We walked it once but it was so hot that we Uber'd the rest of the time. which cost us about $15 with tip one way. We used an Uber to get downtown to Duval St. Some people brought their own speakers to the pool for a couple of days, which was really obnoxious, but that is no fault of the hotel. Everything we ate from the Tiki bar was really, really good. There was music at the pool every day and service there was incredible. No shortage of cereals and oatmeal as well as bagels and cream cheese. Daily breakfast (included) was decent with waffles, pancakes, and eggs with usually breakfast meat like sausage or bacon. Someone was always cleaning something all the time, whether it was wiping down, sweeping, mopping, etc. This was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in for quite a while.
